About me

Fabio Sabino, Attorney-at-law

Law degree from the University of Bern and a specialization in financial and wealth law (LL.M in Banking & Finance) from the University of Geneva. I have over twenty years of experience in legal consultancy, with a particular focus on civil and administrative litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy procedures, financial law, and compliance.

I was entrusted with responsibilities at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), in an international bank and in the management of financial intermediaries and trustees. I have also administered numerous bankruptcy procedures on behalf of the authority.

I lecture in various specialized courses at the Centro Studi Villa Negroni in banking, financial, and compliance law.
