I have over twenty years of experience in legal consultancy, with a particular focus on civil and administrative litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy procedures, financial law, and compliance.<br><br>I was entrusted with responsibilities at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), in an international bank and in the management of financial intermediaries and trustees.
